I bought it through lexus and was excited at the time. The car itself is nice and I like a lot about it, but the seats start getting uncomfortable way faster than I expected. On longer drives, my back ends up hurting, which really takes away from the whole experience. For the price, I just thought the comfort would be better

I tried booking a service appointment on lexus.com and it was a hassle. The site kept showing weird time slots, then kicked me back a couple of times before I could actually finish. I finally got the appointment scheduled, but it took way longer than something that simple should. To make it more annoying, the reminders afterward felt a bit aggressive, like constant nudges even though I had already booked it. Overall, frustrating experience

The screen kinda lags sometimes, but overall it works and gets the job done.

Overall, I do like my Lexus!! It drives really smooth, feels solid, and definitely has that nice, comfortable feel you’d expect. But honestly... the fuel efficiency hasn’t been as good as I thought it would be. City driving especially seems to burn through more gas than I expected!!! It’s not awful or anything... just kind of average, especially for the price. I’d give it 3 stars...

I ended up having to call around to find what I needed, which was annoying for such a simple order

I had to wait a really long time and it got frustrating because I kept thinking it would just be a few more minutes but it kept dragging on and by the time I was finally helped I was already annoyed.

Even basic service at the dealership gets expensive quickly. Nothing major has gone wrong with mine, but if you plan on keeping up with everything through the dealer, it’s definitely not cheap. Great car overall, just make sure you’re prepared for the upkeep.

I’ve actually been really happy with the cargo space in my lexus. For a car that sometimes feels like it was designed more to look polished than handle real-life chaos, it does a great job. I can fit groceries, the kids’ sports bags, and a stroller without having to wrestle with the trunk every time. The little storage spots up front are useful too for keys, sunglasses, and all the random stuff that usually ends up everywhere. The seats fold down easily when I need extra room, which makes daily driving a lot less annoying.

The seats are actually really comfy, which I appreciated right away. But every little bump in the road felt way more noticeable than I expected?! It kind of took away from the overall comfort.

The gearbox also felt kind of lazy when I tried to pass on the highway, which was disappointing. I can see it being fine if you just want a relaxed, easygoing SUV, but I was hoping for something a bit sharper. The website made it sound more impressive than it felt in person, and the whole experience had that weird no-real-person-there feeling, like the marketing was polished but the car itself didn’t really connect with me.

I haven’t never had a bad experience with it so far. It’s been reliable every time I’ve needed it, it just keeps doing what it’s supposed to do...

I was really hoping this would just work in my car, but nothing seems to connect right. And it’s not even about it being complicated or taking a minute to set up, I expected that. It’s more that no matter what I try, it just doesn’t stay connected or work the way it’s supposed to. Frustrating overall

I was browsing prices on Lexus and it was easy to compare the trims and options. They’re def not the cheapest cars out there, but for the quality and features, the value feels fair imo. It also helped me get a good idea of what to expect before heading to the dealer.

I had an issue with my account and reached out to support. I was expecting it to be fixed a bit quicker, so the wait was a little frustrating, but they did eventually sort everything out. In the end, it worked out fine.

The nav in my Lexus has been spot on so far. It gets the exits right, and when I miss a turn, it reroutes quickly... which makes driving in new areas a lot less stressful. Way less guessing.
